Integral Manufacturing And Coatings Ltd is a third-generation family-owned business with roots in Saskatchewan and Alberta and more than 35 years of practical oilfield experience behind its products.

Lester Thiessen leads the design and development of Integral MAC's innovative production equipment. Drawing on decades of industry experience, he focuses on practical solutions to challenges he understands firsthand.
His hands-on approach follows an idea throughout its development, from the initial concept and prototyping to testing and refinement. The goal is never innovation simply for the sake of doing something differently. It is to create equipment that performs reliably, operates efficiently and remains practical to maintain in the field.
That philosophy continues to shape the development of Integral MAC products today.

Leadership has transitioned to Jeremy Thiessen, carrying the family's involvement in the business into another generation.
